Electronics-Used for fun, mainly. Only electronic items can find you a job (other than newspapers). These are the items that robbers usually take. This set has T.V.s and computers.



Plumbing-Used for many reasons, such as hygene. Usually placed in a bathroom, this set consists of toilets and showers.

Appliances-These are used in the kitchen. This set has refrigerators and stoves. It also has dishwashers and cutting machines. These are used to satisfy hunger. Stoves add to the nutritional value of the food.

Seating-These items are beds and chairs. These are very important, since they provide comfort and energy. Also, Sims won't watch T.V. or use the computer unless there is a chair in front of it.

Miscellaneous-These items are very important to your sucess at work. They help you get the vital skill points you need for a promotion. They also help get the other skills you want, such as cooking, mechanical, and creativity.

Decorative-These are very important items, they are good for an easy raise in happiness. If you have them all around your house, the Sim's room meter will never turn completely red. If you have them stare at a painting, their room meter will slowly fill up to a certain point.
